Prepare Your Package
Safely pack your items in their original Fantasma Magic packaging, ensuring all magical accessories and garment tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
